Transporting your boat
USCG 50-ton Master Captain

Our USCG 50-ton Master's Licensed captain can safely operate inspected vessels (7 passengers or more – like a water taxi or dive boat) or uninspected vessels.
In addition to operating running vessels, we can also tow disabled vessels safely to the yard or back home.

We can safely tow your disabled vessel to the boat yard for repairs, or safely back to her home port.


Rates:


Required Crew
  • 1 Captain & 1 Deckhand
  • Larger vessels may require additional crew

    • Crew
  • Captain: $400/day
  • Deckhand: $150/day

    • Fees
  • Provisions: $25/day per crewmember
  • Travel: Uber, Lyft, or rental car if traveling outside of our service area
  • Fuel: Fuel used for the trip will be at the owner's expense
  • Dockage: if dockage is necessary; i.e., for multi-day trips, slip fees will be paid at the owner's expense

    • At the conclusion of our voyage you'll receive; Full written report, including all itemized expenses with receipts, ships log, fuel consumption, MPG, average speed, miles traveled, engine and generator hours, and both daily and average fuel burn.

  • Payment must clear prior to departure

    • Cancellation

    The captain may, at his discretion, cancel or postpone any trip due to unsafe weather conditions, if he determines the vessel is unsafe, or for any reason he deems necessary for the safety of his crew and your vessel. If this should happen, the trip may be rescheduled under the same terms previously agreed to.


    Neither Bottom Time Dive Service nor the captain will be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of cancellation other than fees paid to us by the boat owner. Any such fees will be refunded in full.


    If the customer cancels the trip for any reason, 3 or more days in advance of the trip, they will receive a refund of 75% the amount they paid. A refund of 25% will be given for cancellations without prior notice.
