Not Accepted
- Cash (divers may receive cash tips)
- Checks
Any checks we receive will be converted to ACH, and a $15 convieience fee will be applied to your next invoice.
Why?
- We do not have a physical location for delivering cash or checks.
- Our service area spans three counties. It is, therefore, not feasable to drive around collecting cash and paper checks.
- Invoices are paid to Bottom Time Dive Service. We pay the divers.
- Checks in the mail are often late, lost, or sent for the wrong amount.
Advantages of ACH
- You do not pay a transaction fee.
- No checks, stamps, or envelopes need to be purchased or wasted.
- Much faster than paper checks.
- Far more secure than paper checks. (you aren't sending your account & routing number, full name, and address through the mail)
- ACH payments do not get lost in the mail.
- All checks end up becoming ACH payments in the end.
